#100DayReset Programme (Environ, Advanced Nutrition Programme, Jane Iredale) - Jane Hanna story from day 1

 

Jane suffered from a problem skin condition that cause spots usually starts to develop when hair follicles in your skin get blocked with sebum (oil) and dead skin cells.

Certain hormone causes the production of large amounts of sebum. The abnormal sebum changes the activity of usually harmless skin bacterium called P. acnes, which becomes more aggressive and causes inflammation and pus. The hormones also thickens the inner lining of the hair follicle, causing the blockage of the pores.

All these factors above can cause the blocked pores become inflamed (swollen) which can lead to spots that look like bumps (pastules), are white in colour (pustules) or spots that contain fluid (cysts),

 

 Jane came to see me on the 28th April 2017, Friday for her first consultation and was very enthusiastic to participate in the #100DayReset Programme. Basically, in #100DayReset Programme, we going to look at Jane's 100 day journey to healthier skin. We will help her to achieve sustainable, healthy skin,

On the first day, Jane had a one to one in-depth skin consultation. We looked into her skin history, nutrition & lifestyle and based on her main skin concerns, we developed a skincare regime. We aimed to start Jane on a slow introduction and build a personalised skin health programme.

We are going to let Jane explain her 100 Day Journey starting Day 1 - 28th April 2017 Friday.......

 

Jane Hanna story in her own words from day 1

 

My skin has recently flared back up and is very bad with spots. I have problem skin since since my early 20's. Finally i had it under control but the last few months it has come back even worse then before. It really takes a toll on my confidence. So I took the first step to getting clear and healthy skin.  Talking to my skin therapist Emi, she recommended I start the following skin care regime....

* Skin Accumax capsules - Take 2 capsules in the morning and take 2 capsules in the evening after food

* ANP Probiotics Powder - Take half level teaspoon a day with water.

* Environ Body Oil - Apply morning and night.

* Environ Colustrum Gel - Apply morning and night.

* Jane Iredale Smooth Affair & Brightener - I  used as primer before apply Jane Iredale Pure Pressed Base

* Jane Iredale Pure Pressed Base Golden Glow - My foundation. Emi recommended I stop using my make up and she advised I start using Jane Iredale Mineral Pure Pressed Base Foundation  on day 1.

She explained that Jane Iredale Mineral Pure Pressed Base its non-comedogenic which allows my skin breathe and function normally, anti- inflammatory which will heal my skin and contain sun protection. I found it quick to apply and easy to achieve coverage.

* Environ Cool Peel Facial - I suggested to Emi that I would like to start the Environ Cool Peel Facial Treatment as soon as possible and I would like to have Environ Cool Peel every Friday for 6 weeks. So, Emi has booked my first Cool Peel Facial Treatment starting on 19th May 2017, Friday and I cant wait!!!

 

Its seems a lot at the start but really at this stage I am desperate. I feel very low and my skin is so bad and I just want to be healthy again. I will put all my effort into this as I want the best result and I really believe in the products. #100DayReset Programme.
